>FREE SHIPPING (US DOMESTIC) for purchases over $50-NO CODE NEEDED. We do ship to Canada International First Class, but orders over 14 oz will NOT ship for free.

>Tumblers/Non-custom towels: In-stock items ship within 2-4 business days of order and are sent via First Class USPS

>Personalized Baby Items: As of June/July 2018, all blanket sets/leggings/map sheets ship within 2.5 weeks from order date. Sets ship First Class Mail (4-7 day ship time). If you need it sooner or on a guaranteed date, please upgrade to Rush Production to ship sooner along with Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping) https://bit.ly/2KfpuJW

 >We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our studio and warehouse. After tracking your package, please contact USPS and/or your local post office with your tracking number for delivery issues or lost packages. 

Where is my order/tracking? Shipments that are marked as delivered are YOUR responsibility to locate. We recommend contacting your local post office and give them your tracking number that was emailed to you upon shipment.  We have no control or responsibility of how the USPS handles their operation or how/when they delivery your package. They can look into the tracking geotag and escalate the situation on your behalf--something we are unable to do. www.usps.com

Wrong Address: If the order is sent to the wrong address and returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address put in at purchase, we are able to resend it for the cost of the extra shipping.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages by USPS. You would need to file a claim with USPS to receive a refund and repurchase the item.

[RETURN POLICY]

>We offer returns for exchange or store credit only. Return fees are at the responsibility of the buyer.

>Apparel items must have tags still on and be unworn. Aspen Lane holds the right to refuse any return if it believes it has been worn.
